Ron Howard just won’t stop.
Earlier today, the director of the yet to be titled ‘Han Solo’ film released another behind the scenes shot from the film. This one teases a sequence taking place in hyperspace, which is familiar territory for a Star Wars film.
Now, hyperspace on its own isn’t the most exciting thing right? Well the picture actually tells a lot more than it lets on. Zooming on the monitors in the shot show that the scene in question will feature the millennium falcon and Lando will be piloting the ship during the trip.
We posted yesterday that Howard may have revealed the first look at Donald Glover as a young Lando Calrissian and the picture released today all but confirms it. Lando will be in possession of the famous ship when the film is released but he most likely won’t own it by the time the credits roll. The monitors also show the same yellow clothing Lando has in yesterday’s BTS picture. Maybe this is the same set piece? Is Lando with Han by this point? Is he running away from an unseen enemy? For a film shrouded in a lot of mystery, Ron Howard sure does love to tease fans at every turn…
The untitled Han Solo movie flies into theatres on May 25, 2018.
