Sony Pictures Announces Release of Christmas Songs from ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’

Sony Pictures Animation has just announced that it will release a new soundtrack EP featuring the Christmas songs recorded for the studios’ critically acclaimed hit, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

The album will feature Chris Pine, who plays Miles Morales’ universe’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man singing Spidey-Bells (A Hero’s Lament) (as featured in the movie’s end credits) and Up on the House Top. Miles Morales himself, Shameik Moore, will also be singing with his rendition of Joy to the World.

A Very Spidey Christmas will be released digitally tomorrow, December 21. Sony and Republic Records have released a soundtrack album featuring a selection of the others songs from the film and Sony Classical has released Daniel Pemberton’s original score from the movie.
