Netflix Announces March 2020 Release for ‘On My Block’ Season 3 + First Look Images

In March, viewers will finally be able to return to Freeridge, as Netflix has announced On My Block’s season 3 premiere date as well as unveiled the first images from the season.

Netflix has confirmed a March 11 premiere date for the eight-episode third season of its coming-of-age teen comedy On My Block. Check out the first images from the season below!

On My Block, co-created by Lauren Iungerich (Awkward) and Eddie Gonzalez & Jeremy Haft (All Eyez On Me), is a coming of age comedy about four bright and street-savvy friends navigating their way through the triumph, pain and the newness of high-school set in the rough inner city.

The series stars Diego Tinoco as “Cesar Diaz”, Sierra Capri as “Monse Finnie”, Jason Genao as “Ruby Martinez”, Brett Gray as “Jamal Turner”, Jessica Marie Garcia as “Jasmine” and Julio Macias as “Oscar.”

The renewal of season three was not a sure thing, as the four main leads were in a battle with Netflix over contracts. After much back-and-forth, Netflix came to agreement with the lead quartet, which included salary increases. Season 3 then went into production in late July.
